Comparison/ contrast paragraph
In the following,
I am going to contrast childhood and adulthood.
There are lots of differences between childhood and adulthood. In special cases there are people who can be totally different adults as they used to be. I think not only the circumstances, but also personal experiences can affect what kind of adult we will be. There are differences in activities or daily routines. As a child we are free from responsibilities, we do not many tasks to do, usually we play with our friends, watch cartoons, later go to primary school. As an adult we must complete several tasks just in a day. We have to do the housework, take the dog for a walk, do the homework, ask our parents how they are. If we can’t succeed these stuffs, we can be called immatures sometimes or irresponsible. As a child we see the world and the future in a totally different way. Sometimes with growing up we lose our imagination, enthusiasm and give up our dreams. We experience several failures, which can help us to learn how we should control our feeling and behave well, because our parents won’t stand behind us anymore.
I think the most important thing is to act like what our age demands and maybe preserve our childlike innocence.
